A man came to Detroit Animal Care and Control in the early morning to surrender his puppies, said the lady volunteer, whose shift just started. Anyway, the man just left the dogs and disappeared without waiting the woman to gather the necessary paperwork.
The volunteer, who was very confused, stumbled upon 2 pups after searching the area, and she found them trapped inside the play area, huddled together near a fence in fear.
The puppies, who were named SpongeBob and Zeus, the brown one. Thankfully, Zeus was adopted by the perfect people. On the other hand, SpongeBob is still waiting for his forever home.
He is now having a great in the shelter, playing with other pups and kids, who visit the shelter.
