Meet Stinger, a pit bull mix who was born deaf and had an encounter, with thousands of bees. This little pup had a reaction to the bee stings. Was immediately taken to the veterinarian for treatment. Sadly after dropping Stinger off at the clinic his owners decided to abandon him.
Thankfully Carri Shipaila, the founder of LuvnPupz rescue organization stepped in to help. She discovered that Stinger was not underweight but also suffering from scabies, a skin disease. During his time at the LuvnPupz shelter Stinger endured days of pain and discomfort. It was later revealed that he also has a disease called Pemphigus, which requires medication for life.
Despite his challenges Stinger remains a dog, with a nature. Shipaila describes him as an example of how people should view this breed. Sweet funny and full of life.
Fortunately Stinger has found a home where he is loved and cared for. However LuvnPupz continues to cover his expenses.
